Property Overview

STORY Seychelles occupies a beachfront position on the north-west coast of Mahé, around ten minutes from Victoria. Beau Vallon Beach extends for approximately three kilometres, and the resort’s natural reef lies about 50 metres offshore.

The property has 100 suites and private pool villas set around tropical gardens and a lagoon. Its low-rise design draws on Seychellois and Creole influences, while the accommodation combines generous indoor space with a private balcony or garden terrace.

Guests can choose from several restaurants and bars, relax beside the infinity pool or use the 24-hour gym. Sesel Spa provides a separate setting for treatments and hydrotherapy.

On-site facilities also include tennis, yoga sessions and a kids’ club for children aged three to twelve. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.

How far is the nearest beach?

The resort is located directly on Beau Vallon Beach, with access from its gardens to the sand. A natural reef approximately 50 metres offshore provides a convenient snorkelling area close to the property.

Suites & Villas

SUITES

The resort’s Junior Suites measure approximately 55 m² and include a sleeping area, lounge space and a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower.

Junior Suite with Garden Terrace: Positioned on the ground floor, this suite opens onto a private terrace with access to the resort gardens. It includes sun loungers and provides additional outdoor space.
Junior Suite with Balcony: Located within the main resort grounds, this suite has a furnished balcony overlooking the gardens. It combines a king or twin sleeping arrangement with an indoor sitting area.
Family Suite: Two connecting Junior Suites create approximately 110 m² of accommodation for up to six guests. The rooms are separated by a private corridor and provide two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

VILLAS

Beach Pool Villa: This 150 m² villa has a private swimming pool, deck and cabana, with direct access to Beau Vallon Beach. Inside are a king-size bed, lounge and dining space, while the bathroom includes a standalone bathtub and indoor and outdoor showers.
Grand Beach Pool Villa: Measuring approximately 250 m², this larger beachfront villa provides direct beach access, a private pool and a gazebo. Its expanded living areas offer more space for couples seeking greater privacy beside the shore.

Seyshima: A floating restaurant on the resort lagoon serving sushi and live teppanyaki.

Trader Vic’s: French-Polynesian cuisine, cocktails and live entertainment are served in a lively evening setting.
Vasco’s: The main restaurant provides breakfast buffets and themed dinner buffets with live cooking stations.
Ripples Pool Bar: Located beside the infinity pool, Ripples serves lunch, light meals and cocktails.

Activities

The resort offers a mix of land-based recreation and water activities. Guests can use the tennis court, play volleyball, pétanque, badminton or table tennis, and join scheduled yoga or aqua-exercise sessions. A 24-hour gym provides cardio equipment and free weights.

Kayaking, paddleboarding and snorkelling are available, with the resort reef accessible from Beau Vallon Beach. Motorised water sports can also be arranged locally. The Treetops Kids’ Club organises supervised activities for children aged three to twelve.

Diving, fishing trips and excursions around Mahé or to neighbouring islands can be arranged separately.

Sesel Spa takes its name and inspiration from the Seychelles and offers treatments combining Western and Eastern techniques. Its facilities include five individual treatment rooms, two couples’ suites, a Vichy hydrotherapy room and a beauty salon for manicures and pedicures.

The treatment menu covers massages, facials and body therapies, with options designed for individual guests and couples. Separate relaxation areas allow time to unwind before and after each appointment.
